use of Answer Engines

acme terminal provides free daily access to subject-specific Answer Engines that reason through questions within defined areas of knowledge. Each Answer Engine can be used directly in the browser without an acme terminal account or payment. Daily usage limits apply and reset automatically. Answers may be generated using language models or related technologies. Output is informational only and is not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the results.

no guarantees

Answer Engines are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. acme terminal does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

optional expanded access

Free daily use is available on every live Answer Engine. For expanded use beyond the free daily allowance, optional paid access is available through Gumroad, a third-party payment provider, in three forms: single-engine lifetime access, an annual Domain Pass covering all Answer Engines within one subject domain, or an annual Terminal Pass covering the complete Answer Engine network. Purchases are processed by Gumroad and are also subject to Gumroad's applicable transaction and refund terms.

acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Answer Engines, attempt to interfere with service operation, or use outputs for unlawful purposes.

no accounts

acme terminal does not require user accounts, subscriptions, or email capture to access its Answer Engines.

limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, acme terminal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the site or its Answer Engines.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revisions.
